cones of smoked salmon with aspic, butter, bread
main course:
turkey fillet with spinach and cheese stuffing in a batter, baked potato balls, salad set: Chinese cabbage, carrot, white radish
dessert:
cappuccino pie

bryndza (local sheep cheese) balls (in paprika, nuts and chives), butter, bread
main course:
"Flemish" spitz (loin rolled in bacon with tomato and garlic filling), roasted potatoes, salad set: Swedish salad, salad with leek, beet horseradish
dessert:
pear in vanilla cream

coffee, tea (unlimited), orange juice 200ml, mineral water 0.5l, wine glass or regional beer 1 bottle 0.5l.
Cold buffet to each of the above proposals:
coated chicken dramstics, Californian plums in bacon, jellied meat, sausage corks, tortellini salad, Italian salad, herring corks, platter of pickled vegetables.
